Through your mandate in the 2025/2026 KUPPET elections, Team Change Machakos commits to improving teachers' welfare by accomplishing these strategic objectives across the county:

Key Infrastructure Projects
Tangible developments to enhance union operations

To serve our vast membership, we will acquire a union bus for activities, conferences, educational tours, and member transport needs - reducing costs and ensuring reliable movement.

We will build a modern Union Plaza to house our operations, provide office space and conference facilities, while generating revenue to support union services - eliminating unnecessary rent expenditures.
