As part of Team Change Machakos’ vision for a more just and empowered KUPPET branch, we’ve built a system for teachers and school reps to report mistreatment. Here's how it works:
1. Select Your Role
Start by choosing whether you're a Teacher or School Representative. This helps us tailor the form to your needs.
2. Fill Out the Report
Provide details about the mistreatment incident — clearly, truthfully, and confidentially. We’re here to listen.
3. Submit & Track Action
Once submitted, our team will review and escalate your case as needed. Your voice matters — and we’ll ensure it’s heard.
This initiative forms part of Mambo George and the wider Team Change slate’s commitment to transparency, justice, and the protection of educators across Machakos.

Key Infrastructure Projects
Tangible developments to enhance union operations
To serve our vast membership, we will acquire a union bus for activities, conferences, educational tours, and member transport needs - reducing costs and ensuring reliable movement.
We will build a modern Union Plaza to house our operations, provide office space and conference facilities, while generating revenue to support union services - eliminating unnecessary rent expenditures.
